As a knowledgeable, intuitive and creative movement teacher and habit coach, I bring to you classes and programs that will help you create better posture and movement patterns. Over time, your body will become more balanced between strength and flexibility with routines you can incorporate into your daily routine. 

Creating the routines and supports for your current life and your future life working towards a more vibrant older age fills me with joy.

Working from a Pilates perspective, whether we're doing Pilates, Yoga, Round Box Core Blades or healthy habit creation means we always looking towards balance. Following the Life of Pilates will help you maintain consistent high energy and optimal ability throughout your life.

My programs are based on small, simple lifestyle and movement changes that will help you create the systems you need to have the life you desire. 

Teaching Pilates since 1996, certified since 1998 in Redmond, Wa. My Pilates training was the first in the PNW to include anatomy, kinesiology and light physiology as a part of the program. Other Trainings: 2010 - Anusara Yoga Training and 2020 Round Box Core Blades
